Welcome to the Model Teacher Application. Once you confirm your eligibility, please be sure to complete both application forms - Information form and Application Questions form - before hitting the green "Submit" button to submit your application for review by the NYCPS-UFT committee. Note, it can take between 2-4 weeks to review an application and you'll receive notice of your interview status by email once reviews are complete.
